The agreement

By paying at checkout you agree to these terms, the refunds policy, and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not buy.

The products

Each product is a digital tool for personal planning: money, habits, discipline, or a weekly review. You pay once. There is no subscription and no account to keep.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the product for your own life. You may not resell it, give the files away, publish them, or use them to build a competing product.

Price and payment

Prices are set in pounds sterling. The shop can show an approximate price in another currency, and Stripe charges the amount confirmed at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

After a successful payment the product is delivered electronically to the email address you give at checkout. If it does not arrive, check spam, then contact us and we will send it again.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break checkout, or interfere with someone else’s order.

Liability

The tools are planning aids. They are not financial, medical, or legal advice, and the result depends on how you use them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for faulty digital content. Otherwise our liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for that product.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the mandatory rights of the place where you live. Contact Purpose Refined at hello@purposerefined.com.
